Pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree. 6 September 2005 n. 206 and subsequent amendments and additions, we offer the possibility of withdrawing from the contract no later than 14 working days from receipt of the goods at the address provided during the purchase.
In case of return, customs duties will be paid by the customer.
It is possible to do this by sending an email to resi@frp-collection.com in which you must specify:
- Name and surname;
- Order number.
In the event that the withdrawal request does not contain the requested information, the right cannot be exercised if the correct documentation is not returned no later than 14 working days from receipt of the goods at the address provided during the purchase.
It will be the applicant’s responsibility to pay the shipping costs within the deadline set for exercising the right of withdrawal to the address: Francesca Romana Palermo, Via Paolo di Dono, 145 – 00142 Rome (RM).
FRP Collection reserves the right not to accept returns or merchandise that does not meet the requirements set out below.
Returned items must be in original and unused condition, with all item tags attached and all related accessories included.
Incomplete, damaged, worn, dirty or altered returns, or anything FRP Collection reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and will therefore be returned to the customer. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back at your expense and no refund will be issued.
All shipping costs for returning the products are borne by the Customer. All risks associated with return shipping are borne by the Customer.
Please note that it is important to ship international packages using standard shipping and your country’s local courier. For added security, insure your packages with a tracking number.
The refund will be made with the same payment method used by the Customer and upon receipt of the product by FRP Collection.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
